Yeti 16 was made in honor of the 10th anniversary of Capital Craft beer festival. Ten years of amazing beers and awesome experiences for all beer lovers. In true Yeti style, we made a beer to celebrate 10 years. The Capital Craft team joined in on the brewing, so this beer has been made with total awesomeness!!! We based this beer concept on a cold IPA and pushed the limits. We used 10 different hop variants and 10 hop additions, giving maximum flavour but low alcohol for the style. We have selected grains to increase mouthfeel and flavour, while targeting a low colour of a traditional cold IPA.

Balanced bitterness, lower alcohol with a crisp kick from the yeast. The hop choice pushes the citrus and fruit character on aroma and flavour.
